Capfruit Pastry Demonstration

On 2nd and 3rd of October was held our first Capfruit pastry demonstration in Malaysia with French Chef David Ducamp at Starhill Gallery Culinary Studio.

All guest (re) discovered the taste of fruit puree and were given tips and ideas on how to make fruity desserts using Capfruit Fruit puree and Fruit IQF.


The first day was for hotels and restaurants and the second day for Bakeries. We were happy that you attended in such important number and we hope you enjoyed the demonstration with us.
